AKTEM Plaza Building

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The structural project of AK-TEM Plaza has been designed with an importance coefficient of 1.5 (buildings to be used after an earthquake). The building is constructed on a raft foundation using C35 grade concrete.

The security of the building will be ensured through a central CCTV system and card access control.

The building will be equipped with a 100% redundant generator system. Both the power system and low-current wiring will be extended to the entrance of each independent unit, with distribution within the interiors to be customized according to the user's design preferences.

AK-TEM Plaza features parking for 135 vehicles, including both open and closed parking spaces. Fresh air will be provided to meet the needs of each independent unit through heat recovery ventilation systems. A sprinkler and fire hose cabinet system has been installed in the building, and each floor will feature a fire hydrant connection.

Heating and cooling will be managed using a VRV system. Each independent unit will be responsible for its own consumption, eliminating energy losses associated with a centralized system.

In compliance with TS-EN 81-1+A3 standards, the following elevators will be installed:

  • 3 elevators with a capacity of 1000 kg, serving 17 stops.
  • 2 elevators with a capacity of 800 kg, serving 17 stops.
  • 1 elevator with a capacity of 1000 kg, serving 4 stops.
